Sadly, for reasons yet unclear, Google removed my business profile. It originally had 16, 5 star reviews. I’m in the process of trying to get it restored but that may not happen because there is another photography business with a very similar name. As of today (10/3/26), I managed to save 3 and they are currently listed below.

Hire East Bay Photo! Usry great. He is a calm, competent presence, and a flexible, responsive and reliable communicator. We have hired him multiple times for dance, arts, and community events at the Berkeley Finnish Hall, and we’ll hire him again: he is easy to schedule and plan with, graceful about complications, and knowledgeable about handling audio and lighting details. I found Usry completely by chance on Craigslist while looking for a photographer for my 50th birthday party and went on a whim to hire him. He was very professional with our first introduction over email, but from the moment I met him in person, I knew I had made the right choice. He was beyond kind, incredibly professional, and made everyone feel so comfortable. He captured the most amazing candid and still photos and then put together the most memorable 50th birthday video that I will treasure forever.
After how incredible he was at my birthday, we knew we wanted to use him again. We then hired him for my daughter’s senior portraits and for a friend’s 50th birthday celebration, and he did an outstanding job on both. He has such a talent for capturing people naturally and making every experience feel special.
Usry is truly an absolute gem. I will continue to hire him for any and all events I have moving forward and cannot recommend him highly enough!
We hired East Bay Photo to be our photographer for a once-in-a-lifetime family and friends gathering, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Usry blended seamlessly into the event (about 80 people in total!) and captured all the magic quite brilliantly. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Usry Alleyne for my daughter’s bat mitzvah.
